Include the account email and a concise description of the problem so the request can be matched to the correct record. For billing questions, a Stripe receipt or transaction date can help; never send a full card number, password, authentication code, medical record, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

If you spot a source, citation, factual, or accessibility issue, please include the page link and a short description. We review substantiated corrections and update the record when appropriate.

A useful correction report identifies the exact statement, the supporting source, and why the current wording may be incomplete or inaccurate. Product requests and general opinions are welcome, but they are kept separate from evidence-based editorial corrections.

Use the support address for privacy questions or requests involving your account information. We may need to verify that the requester controls the relevant account before acting on access, deletion, billing, or membership requests. Verification is used to protect the account and does not require sharing a password.
