By accessing or using PeptideSchool (peptideschool.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use PeptideSchool. By creating an account or using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 18, we reserve the right to immediately terminate their account without notice or refund. PeptideSchool is not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
3. Description of Service
PeptideSchool is an educational platform providing structured research information, evidence summaries, research tools, source-linked references, curated guides, and related scientific content. Our service includes a searchable research library and organization tools. Access to the full platform requires a paid membership.
4. Medical Disclaimer
All content on PeptideSchool is provided strictly for educational and research purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or a substitute for professional medical consultation. The information presented is compiled from published scientific literature and clinical data, but it is not intended to encourage, recommend, or endorse the use of any substance for human consumption or self-administration. 5. Account Registration
To access our platform, you must create an account using a valid email address or through Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently. Each account is for individual use only. Sharing credentials with third parties is prohibited.
6. Plans and Payments
PeptideSchool offers three paid membership plans for new customers: Monthly ($14.99/month), Annual ($99/year), and Lifetime ($199 one-time payment). All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle unless canceled. To cancel a subscription, contact contact@peptideschool.org or use the in-app support form before the next renewal. We process cancellation requests through support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time. Lifetime plans provide permanent access with no recurring charges. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans for first-time subscribers. Prices are subject to change; active subscriptions keep their existing price unless the customer explicitly agrees to a change, and existing lifetime access remains unchanged.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on PeptideSchool, including text, protocols, graphics, logos, design elements, software, and database compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of PeptideSchool and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without prior written consent. Scientific data and references cited from third-party sources remain the property of their respective authors and publishers.
8. Permitted Use
Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for your own educational and research purposes. You may not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any other means to systematically extract, download, or copy content from the platform. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any content to third parties. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure. Violation of these usage terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
PeptideSchool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptideSchool shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, revenue, health outcomes, or any other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of PeptideSchool after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should discontinue use and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of PeptideSchool shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
